New latex has a natural matt finish and is lightly dusted with talc powder for protection – this is normal. For the high-gloss look shown in the photos, polish the item with a silicone-based latex shine or dressing aid. Latex can have a noticeable smell at first, which fades after a few days of airing. Hand wash only. Not suitable for people with a latex allergy.
