Data protection information
To process your withdrawal we use your name, the order reference, the items concerned, your e-mail address and the date, time and IP address of your declaration. We store the date, time and IP address in order to be able to demonstrate the receipt of your declaration later and to prevent misuse of this form.
You do not have to state a reason – nor do we ask for one. You may declare your withdrawal informally by e-mail or letter instead.
